SHORE 1
Measuring around 431 yards, the player is faced with a challenging tee shot on this par 4. Players must avoid a nasty fairway bunker on the right side and a water hazard to the left that curves inward narrowing the fairway. The green is protected by bunkers on both sides. Walking off with a par is a good thing!
SHORE 2
The second hole is a short par 4 dogleg right. Players should hit a long iron or 3-wood off the tee to set up a short iron into the green. This is a great opportunity to make a birdie!
SHORE 3
This par 4 looks benign to the first-time player, but many golfers have walked away with bogey or worse. The hole is protected with out of bounds on both sides and trees lining the right. A three wood off the tee will leave you with a mid to short iron to a severely sloped green.
SHORE 4
This straight-forward par 5 offers the skilled player a great chance at eagle or birdie with a well-placed drive. The green is protected by a water hazard in front and back..
SHORE 5
The fifth hole par 3 is long and difficult. Par is a good score on this hole!
SHORE 6
Perhaps the best opportunity for all players to make a birdie! This straight-away par 5 is very reachable for the skilled golfer and is very manageable for the higher handicappers. Anything higher than a par would be a mistake.
SHORE 7
Hole 7 is a straight away par 4 of moderate length. Avoid the out-of-bounds to the left and the trees to the right. A good drive will leave a mid-iron into the middle of the green. The green is well bunkered but a shot to the center of the green will give a great opportunity for par or birdie
SHORE 8
A beautiful par 3 over water in front of the tee area and all along the right side of the green. Choosing the right club is a must to hit the green which is also surrounded by bunkers to the left and right.
SHORE 9
A long challenging slight dog leg right par 4. Favor your tee shot to the left side of the fairway to avoid the water hazard on the right. Players must hit enough club off the tee to avoid going into the fairway bunker to the left. The second shot is a good club longer than its yardage to a small difficult green. The front half of this green is severely sloped making pin placements very interesting!
